The UFM Finance Research Center (FRC) is a new initiative conceived by scholars close to UFM.

FRC’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for innovative financial research and educational initiatives that will positively impact policy and society. FRC pursues this mission by supporting the production and dissemination of high-quality research in the field of financial economics.

FRC initiatives aim to create incentives for top-notch scholars, both students and established researchers, to undertake innovative research, data collection, and analysis that will lead to improved policy making and financial regulation.

Among its activities, the center conducts new research across a wide array of financial topics; promotes high-profile conferences and workshops for academics, practitioners, and regulators; and contributes to the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge in financial economics among the academic community and society as a whole.
